Since I was mentioned, I will comment. First, I have no financial interest in
this set or the effort to sell it. This is a pretty darn nice set of Burleigh
pipes with better-than-typical finish and tuning (which I did adjust also). The
"Liestman" parts of the set are the reeds (all new) and the bellows (a used
large volume set with beautiful curly walnut cheeks that deliver a lot of air
per stroke) and the bag (new riveted construction with no-seasoning-required
leather).

The mounts on the F set are real ivory, so be cautious with making overseas
deals on this set. The 14 key F chanter is in traditional F pitch with a
"normal" 14 key set up. The 14 key D chanter is a typical 11 key set up, plus
two notes going higher (i.e. high G and high A in true pitch terms) and one
note going lower ( a low G in true pitch terms), which is a nice set up for
playing with other instruments.

Everything was playing very nicely when they left my shop a very short time
ago.

Good luck with the sale, Patrick. It is a nice set and a half!
