In Wolff Heckel's Discant Lautten Buch (Brown 1562-3) is a piece called: Si la fortune added to that in Gothic type: Künigs von Frankreichs Lied.
Anybody knows what the connection to The King of France might be? If you don't know the piece, I can send you a pdf.
