We're better at testing for it so we here more about it now, but mercury levels in fish tissue 'round where I live are the lowest they've been my whole life. Follow consumption advisories (they're extremely conservative) and eat your fish. Where else will you get your PUFA? Certainly not from the Labyrinth.
