A proof would be, if he could give as the way, the lute took from the 
hands of JAF Weiss , who owned it up to his death in 1812 and the date 
it emerged first. I can´t prove that it isn´t the lute of Weiss, but 
Andre Burguete can´t prove the opposite.
And so IMHO it would be much better to stay humble and say: It could be 
the theorbo of Weiss!

BTW - it would be nice to have the lute of Weiss, that´s no question for 
me.
