Dear Friends, Out of character for me and my family, we are flying to Italy to visit our oldest daughter, Hailey, who is currently doing a semester abroad in Florence, Italy. We are flying into Venice on April 6 and will be spending three days in Venice, then traveling to Rome for several days, then up to Florence, and perhaps Sienna, then spending the last few days in Padua, visiting Terry Stone and family, before flying out on April 17. It is kind of a whirlwind trip, limited by our youngest daughter's spring break, but was wondering what lute-related sites I should try to sneak in with my family? Of course, I need to try to locate the Tieffenbrucher workshop in Venice, but any other suggestions??
Perhaps I will see a few of my Italian friends there??
