The edition with facsimile seems to be associated with
the Centro culturale Fernando Sor in Rome.  That
foundation sponsors a buitar competition. (See their web
site.)  The president of the foundation Giuliano
Balestra is the editor of the Gorzanis book.  He also
has published editions with Berben and Ricordi.

I think the question is moot, since Alfonso has obtained
a copy.
