I couldn't find any depictions of torbans in the museum. The only 
instruments I saw there were actual ones, not painted: a clarinet, a 
flute and a mandolin. Presumably he owned them.

But there were sketches of his paintings that are in the Basilica of St 
Mary's and one of them is a cosba-like instrument. Nothing like a torban 
though.
