Dear all, I have been looking for information on how to purchase the five Moulinie books of air the cour with no success. I know that the were published in the 80's by Musica Musica in Basel. I think that this publisher does not exist anymore. I have even written to the publisher, the musicologist Mark. A. Meadow, but he did not reply. Does someone can offer any help? Thanks in advance,
