Various French song books contain drinking songs. See those published by Pierre
Ballard, in Minkoff's facsimiles, and Etienne Moulinié's song books in
facsimiles by Société de Musicologie de Languedoc (Beziers).
OMI should have these.

Another French drinking song is in the Lambeth Palace song book (Lambeth Palace
MS 1041, fol. 19 - no. 13 in my edition), "Ne vous étonnez pas".

English songs include the multitude of catches [rounds of questionalble
character], in a variety of sources. Someone already mentioned Wit and Mirth Or,
Pills To Purge Melancholy. The songs in Wit and Mirth provide treble only. There
are a couple of modern editions of some of the songs, that have arranged
accompaniments, such as:
Bradley, S.A.J., editor. Sixty Ribald Songs from Pills to Purge Melancholy.
Arranged with Guitar accompaniment by John W. Duarte. London: Andre Deutsch,
1968.
I own original printings of several editions of Wit and Mirth if you have a
specific song or three that you need.

Other English songs include:
Wm Lawes
part songs:
  "A hall, a hall" [drinking]
"When each line's a faithful drinker" [drinking]
"What ho, we come to be merry" [drinking]
solo plus chorus:
  "Come, take a carouse" [drinking]
  "Fill, fill the bowl" [drinking]
& many catches by Lawes.

John Wilson:
song:
"We sing, we feast, we dance, we play" [the only mention is in this first
line]
dialogues:
"Bring out the cold chine to me" [food & drink]
"Sack is the prince of wines" [drinking]

If you cannot find editions of the Wilson songs, I have raw transcriptions in my
computer of all of his music from the primary sources (for an upcoming edition).
These are SCORE .MUS files, but can easily be made EPS or PDF files.
