Well, just get in to your nearest university library, and tell them you want to interloan the wonderful Ness' book. If they do not know, from where, tell them that at least Helsinki University Library has it. If they do not know the system - interloan(?) - tell them they have to find it out rapidly, or othewise you will tell to the Bruxelles... ;-) Good luck!
