It is not in English, and it has more than "Harlequin" in the title, but 
in "Le bourgeois gentilhomme"  by Lully there is a piece 
called "Chaconne des Scaramouches, Trivelins et Arlequins".

It starts in the page 168 in the ms published in the Net by Le 
Conservatoire numérique des Arts et Métiers. You can find it in page
