Thanks to my favorite music reference librarian, I can
tell you that Kircher published not one but eight songs
used to cure tarantism ("antidotum tarantulae"). It's
in this work:

      Kircher, Athanasius, 1602-1680.
_Magnes, siue, De arte magnetica : opus
tripartitum :_
(Romae : Ex typographia Ludouici Grignani,
sumptibus Hermanni Scheus, 1641.) 916 pp.

I found no facsimile., but at least two published
microfiches, one from the Sibley Library at Eastman.
The pieces are in part iii, chapter 8. It shouldn't be
too difficult to make your own tablature. Many
libraries have the microfiche. Maybe Eastman will make
the pieces available in digital format.
