Tough question ... but at least a few come to my mind:
- the sonata in d-minor from the Moscow manuscript
- Courante in D-major & Presto in Bb-major also from
  Moscow
- a set of pieces in D-major in W2003 & W2004
including Allemande, Courante, Menuet & Allegro
- a Courante in Bb-major from the Salzburger
  Lautencodex

Saludos
