Dear lutenists,

nothing important this time (like those potatoes... ;).
I just want to say that my "lesser" theorbo, the French theorbo,
76cm:8x1/140cm:6x1 by Stephen Barber, 1986, is a really nice "axe"
when tuned to the high d -tuning - 4th above the "normal" theorbo in
a. The re-entrant tuning on high notes is ringing in a way nothing else
in this word sounds! Like angels were singing...  :-)

PS Stephen, if you happen to read the list:  The instrument is getting
better and better in time! Now already 21 years!
