I am only a lurcher on this list for most of the time, so I have to beg
your pardon for suddenly speaking up.

I have not edited music in my dissertation. The Herzog August Bibliothek
in Wolfenbüttel does have a photographic service. They have often
produced good results in the past. If it should be difficult to obtain
photographs or scans from them I could scan the respective pages from my
old printout, but this printout is not very good ...
