Dear lutenetters, I just got an email from the dutch lute society where they mention that at last the Thysius manuscript will become available. Members of the NLV can pre-order the book for €70,-- (+ postage), members of other lute societies will pay €80,-- and normal price is €90,--. The book is actually a 3 volume hardbound box with about 1000 pages. Not 1000 pages of Da Milano quality, but certainly interesting book containing many unique pieces. More info:
