I have a guitar pupil with a broken left arm. He still comes to the lessons. We play his pieces together: he only right hand plucking the strings, me with left hand (the wrong one for me!) on the fingeboard. If it gets too challenging for me I change to my right hand on the fingerboard, but approaching it from above, so I don't have to bend my knees. (We all have our weak points ...). It's fun!
