Thats what Grançois-Pierre Goy and Andreas Schlegel would have labeled "(deded)" on their page www.accordsnouveaux.ch ( http://www.accordsnouveaux.ch/de/DownloadD/files/Stimmungsdatenbank_kurz.pdf ). I'm not aware of this particular tuning anywhere.
