I may have asked this before, but I don't think anyone was able to
   provide an answer.

   In the Introduction to Arthur Ness's edition of Francesco da Milano, he
   refers to:

   "the microfilmed critical notes, which the reader is urged to consult".

   Are these notes accessible anywhere?
