Thanks, folks, for your suggestions. Back in the late 80s Tree sold
staple-bound books of blank tablature, each containing forty pages of
good-quality, perfectly weighted paper, which were, for me at least, a
perfect format. Judging from responses, no such product, specifically
for lute, exists today. I'll explore some of your suggested
alternatives. Thanks to all!
