>> Salary: $1,200/ week. not too shabby; cost of living shouldnt be too horendous. West coast of FL (Clearwater) looked ok couple of years ago when I was there on business.
Not for me at this time of my life, especially since they insist on CT (I am more baritone/2nd T); unclear to me if there is repertoire for other voice ranges they are ignoring. > Musician > and or Vocalist would be required to perform daily aprox. ( 5) 20 > minute performance sets. > Vocalist > would most likely perform 3 - 4 Short period Vocal pieces per set. 3@ 5min + 4@ 1.5 in instrumental interludes... Presumably all off-book as strolling minstrels. 5 sets daily is not especially demanding, but it is a grind. No mention of resting areas between sets, how much of the huge area needs to be covered, and if this is 5 days or 7. More than the usual ren faire gig, this sounds like it goes all year round. -- Dana Emery To get on or off this list see list information at http://www.cs.dartmouth.edu/~wbc/lute-admin/index.html
