To all who may have downloaded the table of contents for Shakespeare's
   Lute Book:
   We accidentally posted an earlier version of the table of contents on
   our web page.  The corrected version is now up.

   The only difference is that we replaced the last song in the book
   (Appendix A5) with our new setting of 'Come away death' from Twelfth
   Night.  As part of a larger project of setting tuneless texts to
   historical music, we found the song text fit well with a galliard tune
   from the famous Folger lute ms.
   For anyone interested in hearing how well this works, we have a single
   mp3 of the song which is available on CD Baby, Amazon and possibly even
   I-tunes by now.  The CD Baby link is here:
