Dear Markus and the List, just got the Rostock Mus.saec. XVII.18.-52.2 published by the Deutsche Lautengesellschaft and edited by Markus. Very interesting book, clearly much good music at the first sight!
I was just glimpsing here and there, and found something interestin that seems not to have been commented - well I did not yet read the preface, because my German reading is so slow... Anyhow, if it is not generally known, the Gavotte in fol. 24v is crearly the "Caro mio ben" said to be by Giordiano (1748-1798). The ms. is clearly earlier...
