What a lovely little book.

   Is it reasonable to conclude that -

   a) the tuning table on pdf page 28 suggests 'normal' tuning rather than
   re-entrant?

   b) the set of I-IV-V-I passachaglias at the beginning in lots of
   different keys (found in many guitar books, incidentally) suggests
   equal temperament?
