This may be of interest: I have no knowledge of the quality of the
wood. As luck would have it, I've just bought a stock which will see me
   out....

I have a large quantity of very good quality soundboard wood for sale.
This was bought for harpsichord making by my husband just before he
   died.
European spruce from high mountains. Planed to 3mm thickness.
Boards 4 - 5 feet long, 2 - 6 inches wide. (Sorry about mixtures of
   units - I can't think in millimetre.)
May be of interest to harp makers....
