If you open the examples directory, you would have found a file with the 
name kapsberger.abc which is theorbo piece with the continuo line too. 
It has all the diapasons in the abc code.
I hosted for many years a page with lots of abc lute music including the 
postscript files, but my employer at the university decided to put all 
webserver activities behind a firewall lately, so this archive is 
currently not available. I'm trying to make them a bit more flexible or 
find a different location to host all files, but will take some time.
