Dear Anton
A month back, Mimmo told me he would be too busy over the
December period to be able to help me with loaded strings.
I understand that all MP's stock of New Nylgut was sold at the
Greenwich festival, most of it to Bridgewood and Nietzert. At the same
time, I believe that some machines had to be replaced (not to do with
extruding), which gave Mimmo far too much to do.
I believe he is at present making a new lot of strings.
   $
Unless you have already paid, and if you are in a hurry, you should be
able to obtain the strings you need from B&N, in London, or possibly
from Wolfgang Fruh (point d'accroche) in Paris.
I saw Wolfgang had Aquila stock in his shop when I went there the other
day, and bought some strings, myself. Wolfgang speaks English, German,
and French, so contact should not be too difficult.
But if you do, let Aquila know that you no longer need the strings you
   ordered.
There might also be String King who could sell these strings to you."
   Regards
   Anthony
