Probably yes. I did not examined and played these pieces.

This is good question. But the main problem is we know not much about Antoine
Gallot’s music. More evidence could be find about Alexander. Both died
before compiled Ms. Milleran (dated in among other things in Meyer to ca.
1690), so it could be no possibilities to find there autograph by Antoine and
Alexander. But we possess traces which indicate to Alexander: e.g.
concordances, style his music and inscriptions - there are some helpful traces
to know his music. So e.g. for Le Canon in
ms. Milleran (f. 30v) we have two concordances (
http://mss.slweiss.de/index.php?id=2&type=ms&lang=deu&ms=F-Pn823&st=0 ). One
from there is very interesting: F-B279152 (p. 15). There are inscription with
Vieux Gallot. But in his time it was normal to get pieces from others
composers. When we examine others pieces by Vieux Gallot and Alaxander Gallot
we could conclude that mentioned Le Canon could be attribute to Alexander.
Result of this kind of work you could find in mentioned OEuvres des
Gallot, [CLF], Paris 1987 and e.g. Gallot Jacques, Pieces de Luth, ed. François
Lesure, Faksimile, Genève 1978 (reprint). Sometimes it is very hard to
determine which one Gallot wrote some pieces even we have this some traces,
because in one source we could find attribute to one Gallot in other source to
other Gallot, like in La canon example.

But still too few evidence to could compare music by Antoine Gallot with other
composers.

And Martin, you mentiond about 'Tombeau de Charles De Gallot.... par De Gallot
d'Irelande'. This article could be intersting also for you: M. Rollin, Le
“tombeau" chez les luthistes Denis Gautier, Jacques Gallot, Charles
Mouton, "XVIIe siècle“, (1954) no. 21-22, pp. 463-79.

Best wishes

Grzegorz
