Sorry I can't help you on this one. I did not start back to working as
   LSA Administrator again until 2002 or 2003, so I have lots of leftover
   Quarterlies starting then.  I have been a LSA member since c1968, but a
   lot of my old Quarterlies have gotten lost and the one you want it one
   of them.

     e-mail me Pages 19 and 20 from LSA Quarterly nr. 32, no. 3 (1997)?
     I'm
     looking for the article by Hiroyuki Minamino: The First Japanese
     Lutenists. Our local library has back issues of the Quarterly, but
     this one was missing!
     Nancy, if you want me to pay for the back number, I will, but as you
     know instant satisfaction is not quick enough, so a scan would be
     appreciated.
