Minkoff is no longer. Whatever our (my) complaints about pricing and lack of critical apparatus, she did publish all those wonderful books. But now she's gone, the company is also gone and we cannot order their editions anymore. Does anybody know what happenend to their stock? Where can we order, if possible?
