I have uploaded a final version of the Complete Mertel with changes
provided by G. Crona:

I just got my copy of the Minkoff edition of Mertel and added the two
missing Praeludiums. This should be the last set of changes from me.
The changes are:
Praeludiums:
64 - changed spanish to french tab
74 - new file
78 - new file
185 - correct file has replaced old one
231 - created from Mertel
232 - created from Mertel
Phantasiea:
6, 14, 16, 18, 24, 26, 28, 29, 30, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72 have been
updated to fix changes from the latest update from G. Crona.
