Yes, the "Finnlanders" in the "UP" (upper peninsula) of Michigan, even after
seven or so generations, still consider themselves Finnlanders... :-) Lots
of sauna's up that way, and you better say it as "Sow-naa..." :-) I'm a
"Troll below the bridge" being south of the Macinaw Bridge, but we are still
going to build a sauna along with my workshop. Anyway, I guess that is far
from topic, but nice chat...

as far as I know, about 100 years ago Finnish immigrants to USA, many of
them loggers(!), moved just to Minnesota! :-)
