Very interesting paper. Thank you Diego (a pity that we can't print
   it...). I still have the question about the stringlengths of the
   Piccinini's chitarrone: is  his music really suitable for a "roman"
   chitarrone (ca 85cm and more), and did you find any evidence of a
   tiorba in those years tuned a fourth higher (like that we call now
   theorbe de pieces), with a sl of  ca 72 or even shorter. Another way of
   asking  the question is that I have the feeling that Kapsberger is much
   more playable on a great tiorba, and Piccinini become not lively enough
   on such a big axe.
