I've heard of long distance teaching by Skype. What I like about this program (ArtistWorks) - if I understand the concept - is that you can make a video when it's convenient for you and the teacher can view it at his/her convenience and then respond by video when ready. So, it's not done in real time. Some may prefer the real time concept, but I rather like this idea.
