I was wondering if there is any pricing difference between ordering directly from a manufacturer such as Aquilla or Gamut and ordering from a 2nd party such as Chris Hendrickson or Curtis Daily. One assumes that they get a dealer discount and buy in bulk. I just wonder. For me, strings from anywhere will be overseas shipping. I just want to get some nylgut, fret gut and Gamut strings so I'm wondering if the moderate savings in ordering from one vendor is worth the difference from ordering from two vendors. TIA
