My problem was that I was importing a PDF into InDesign for my notes
to my Valdambrini edition (available on my EG&V Ning page) and then
generating a new PDF from that. Those imported PDF examples were not
re-PDFing correctly. So I just made those examples into a TIFF to
look correct.

I don't remember a screen display issue.
