I found it (here it is in your music library in The Hague, David). In Erbe deutscher Musik, vol. 43, it is titled under the first line of the lyrics (by Paul Fleming), "Nirgends hin, als auf den Mund." It is also popularly known as "Die Kunst der Küssen."
