I didnt know Luciano went out of business. I bought an archlute from him in 2005 and it has been sitting in its case since 2006 because it buzzes. He told me he had a license to export Brazilian rose wood, but I am pretty sure I didnt get any certificate myself. Maybe the customs just kept any documentation.
