Dear [1][email protected] - do you have a real name? A good starting point would be the thesis by Gary Beckman: The Sacred Lute: Intabulated Chorales from Luther's Age to the beginnings of Pietism. Check the Appendices for lists of all (?) the intabulated chorales in alphabetical and chronological orders.
Many of these pieces are posted on the website of Sarge Gerbode, with full transcriptions into French tab (e.g. Melchior Newsidler 1574, Sebastian Oschenkuhn 1558). Also there comes to my mind some beautiful chorale intabulations by Melchior Newsidler in the Hainhofer Lute manuscripts (Italian tab.); some of these you can hear on the M Newsidler CD by Paul O'Dette.
