       If you are trying to access the FTP site at Dartmouth, the college
     has cut off FTP access for security reasons.   So I will have to
     work out another way to give people access to the lute archives and
     my tablature writing program.   Probably via a web site.   Like
     [3]http://www.cs.dartmouth.edu/~lute-arc/lute_archives/ which now
     exists.
