I have it on my list ([1]http://applications.library.appstate.edu/music/lute/C16/1500.html) as: S-Skma Sackska samlingen Tabulaturbok "Tabulaturbok" [Germany] end of the 16th century 6-course lute in German tablature not in RISM It's the next to last source on the page . . .
