Dear Mathias,
   Quite true: merely laziness on my part I fear.  It's so easy to simply
   click on the general reply rather than to have to redirect the mail.
   As a further (if irrelevant!) aside, I think you'll also find that
   Andreas Schlegel is right - only an eleven course instrument seems to
   be required in this particular publication.
