Found it! A concordance in Pickering (ff. 16v-17r) has a lot in common, but Cosens does have a penchant for subdividing divisions. He also omits about 18 bars included in the Pickering version. Not to mention missing barlines, which makes it even more difficult to keep track of his flying five-flag notes.
