I've had a tiorbino before and I find it awesome for playing solo theorbo music. It sounds muck like a small harp. I even played De Visee on it and twas divine.

And is there any literature about it apart from the article by Nocerino (2005)? Thanks and regards a usual :-) Yuval To get on or off this list see list information at http://www.cs.dartmouth.edu/~wbc/lute-admin/index.html
