Quibble: Strictly speaking, nobody outside Googlle, Inc. knows for certain all of what, if anything, has been changed in Chrome (relative to the Chromium base code) in addition to adding proprietary additional features and modules, for the simple reason that nobody outside Google, Inc. can inspect the codebase, let alone independently build it. I'm certainly not saying there is any specific reason to suspect Google, Inc. of doing anything untoward under cover of production of uninspectable binaries.
