Jumping up to a higher level: In retrospect, for something as momentous as disincorporation, we should've started serious consideration of it months ago, so we had sufficient time not only to discuss the matter itself, but also to ensure that our processes were set up well enough to handle the decision smoothly. But as it is, we have the resolution on our AGM agenda, and we just have to deal with it as best and as reasonably as we collectively can under the current messy and arguably paradoxical arrangements.
