Not much at all - everything we hear about NSA breaking RC4 thus far is
speculation only. 

I remember back in earlier nineties ex-KGB boasted about being able to
break any code in use on then-new Internet (US didn't allow export of
128-bit encryption to former Soviet Union at the time, but that wasn't a
factor). It was sheer b.s. Those types just want us to believe that they
have super powers.
