I am testing ceph via tapdisk rbd and am having some problems. While debugging
I'm running a secondary MX on there, with errors=panic as a mount option for /
so that as soon as the tapdisk backend fails it just reboots and keeps going (I
keep the core when this happens). The swap device did this the other day though
and it was an hour or so before the system got around to panicking and
rebooting.

Is there a kernel sysctl option I can set to panic as soon as an error occurs
on the swap device?

Thanks

James
