Not sure about 3.6, but in 3.8 you would go: Configuration -> Users -> $OLDUSER and untick: * Let this user access RT * Let this user be granted rights Then go to the "Memberships" list at the top and remove them from any groups that they are in. To create a new user: Configuration -> Users -> Create The "Create" there is up the top, under "Select a user". Good luck!
