dlv.isc.org responded with:

"the DNS servers for this zone were unreachable, and no DNSKEY records
could be fetched. However, the zone was still being published in the
DLV registry. I've removed it from the registry, as the automatic
processes should have done this.

The luv.asn.au domain has NS records that refer to invalid servers for
luv.asn.au, wonder if this is what they are talking about here.

$ host -t NS luv.asn.au
luv.asn.au name server ns4.linode.com.
luv.asn.au name server ns2.linode.com.
luv.asn.au name server ns2.creativecontingencies.com.
luv.asn.au name server ns3.linode.com.
luv.asn.au name server ns5.linode.com.
luv.asn.au name server ns.creativecontingencies.com.
luv.asn.au name server russell.linux.org.au.
luv.asn.au name server ns3.creativecontingencies.com.
luv.asn.au name server ns1.linode.com.

Whois shows:

Name Server:                     ns.creativecontingencies.com
Name Server:                     ns2.creativecontingencies.com
Name Server:                     russell.linux.org.au
Name Server IP:                  202.158.218.245
Name Server:                     ns3.creativecontingencies.com
DNSSEC:                          unsigned

I suspect the ns*.linode.com servers really should get deleted, they
don't seem to respond with valid data.

$ host -t mx luv.asn.au ns4.linode.com
Using domain server:
Name: ns4.linode.com
Address: 2600:3c03::a#53
Aliases:

Host luv.asn.au not found: 5(REFUSED)
